30min classes with Ciko on various subjects
These lessons are built to Power You Up during these times! Since they are short classes they also don't need a big commitment to ease your mind, just pop-in and pop-out :)
1- Strengthening and Mobility series- TUESDAYS 7:40PM (EST) classes are more meditative and focuses on body awareness, strength building and mobility in these more static days.. These are slow paste so we can tune into our body find where we are and where we want to be together. It gives us time to breathe and focus on ourselves.
Focus for each weeks is announced weekly, if you would like to be on the emailing list let Ciko know:)
2-Milonga Cardio - TUSEDAYS 7PM (EST) is uplifting with Milonga music's energy and it will get your heart rate going. the goal is to take you away from your computer and make you forget everything else and just move to the music :)
Will introduce some Milonga steps and go over technique then dance with those steps alone to timing of Milonga.It gets your heart rate going and it Works your feet and your timing with fast music. And it is Milonga so it is FUN and energetic.
Attendance is limited to a small group to keep the classes intimate size. So please contact me to register and reserve your spot.
