SPIRAL MOVEMENTS & New Movements
using the Pivot to Change Direction

4hr INTENSIVE  - PARTNER REQUIRED
Sun sept 23rd  3-7:00PM (mini break in the middle)
VALS: Use of Syncopa for her and him
& Displacements for the Dance Floor
